How to create an evaluation that combine MeasureUp content with your own content

You can use iTalentUp to create assessments that combine MeasureUp content with your own content developed using Pedagoo’s Authoring Tool.

To achieve this, you will use two different tools, both of which are essential for the desired outcome. Therefore, you must have:

  • A MeasureUp IT PRO Practice Test license and a Pedagoo UCG Practice Test license 

or 

  • A MeasureUp IT PRO Assessment license and a Pedagoo UCG Assessment license.


Creating Your Own Content

To create your own content, access the Authoring Tool by following these steps:

  1. Go to: https://account.measureup.com/login
  2. Enter the provided username and password.
  3. Access the Authoring Tool. If necessary, click on Tools(top right corner), then select Authoring Tool.
  4. Review the Category: Authoring Tool for more information.

    IMPORTANT.

    • In the Tag section, associate each question with the relevant competency.
    • A test can include questions from multiple competencies, and a question can be tagged with more than one competency.
Creating an Evaluation in iTalentUp

With iTalentUp, you can create a personalized assessment using questions from MeasureUp, iTalentUp, and your own content created in the Authoring Tool. Steps:

  1. Access iTalentUp. If necessary, click on Tools (top right corner), then select iTalentUp.

    Note. All own content is categorized under UGC (User-Generated Content).

Assigning the Evaluation to Examinees

Once the assessment is created, you can share it with examinees using either of the following tools:

Via iTalentUp

    Reviewing the Results

    Depending on the tool used to send the assessment, you will find the results in one platform or the other:
