How to create an evaluation

iTalentUp allows you to easily create an IT test to use in an evaluation.

1. Access to  www.app.italentup.com with your credentials.
2. On the left menu, click on Evaluation.
3. Click on the + New Evaluation button.

Step 1. Basic information and competences:

1) Enter a name for your evaluation.
2) Search and select the competences to include (Maximum 5).

Note. All own content is categorized under UGC (User-Generated Content).

Use the search bar or category filters, then click Apply to display results.
Click +to add each competence.

3) Click Next Step when done.

Step 2. Configure questions and difficulty level:

1) For each competence:

• Select the number of questions (10 to 50).
• Choose the difficulty level(s):(Easy/Beginner- Moderate - Expert).

2) Set the Test Passing Score.

3) Click Next Step.

Step 3. Review and send to examinee:

• Click Finish. The evaluation will be displayed in the Evaluation
• Click the evaluation name to manage it (send to examinees, review scores, update status...)
