How to use iTalentUp: Steps

Have you validated your user? This is the first step to start to use iTalentUp. Once the user has been validated, you will be able to access the application. iTalentUp is a service that allows you to easily create technical assessments using the entire MeasureUp  catalogue to evaluate the knowledge of students, employees or to pre-screen individuals as part of job interview. To help you in how it works, we send you a series of links:

• Step 0. Set iTalentUp.
• Step 1. Create an evaluation. Create your own assessment by selecting the skills you need (your can use the MeasureUp categories or the UGC category (your own content)).

You can use the Test Library (Offers you ready-made tests so you can use them directly).

• Step 2. Send it to your examinee. Send the evaluation to your examinee either in bulk or throught a personalized link.
• Step 3. View and analyze the results. Manage your evaluations and compare examinees by analizing their results.
