How to reset your password

In order to use any tool (My Account, Learning Locker, Authoring Tool, Parnel Portal, or iTalentUp), you need a user account. Creating an account is quick and easy. However, you may have created an account and forgotten your password.

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Access to the URL address of your PLS (https://account.pedagoo.com/organizationname).
  2. Click on Forgot your password?
  1. Enter your email address below to receive a password reset link.
  2. Click on Send.

An email is sent to reset your password.
